Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Aimedis Care Pro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service is

Aimedis Care Pro is a personal health record. It lets you store, organize and visualize health information you choose to enter, connect wearable devices, and ask questions about your records through AVA, our AI assistant.

Aimedis Care Pro is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AVA's responses are informational only and are generated from the records you have entered. They are not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately, do not rely on this service.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Your health data

You own the health data you enter into the service. You are responsible for its accuracy. Where you connect a third-party wearable or provider, you confirm that you are authorized to import that data into your record.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Upload or store another person's health data without their authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, and features may change as the product evolves.

6. Intellectual property

Aimedis owns the service, including its software, design and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the service to you. You retain ownership of your own health data and content at all times.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aimedis disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including any decision made or action taken based on information in the service or on AVA's responses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time using the Delete account tool in your settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms.

9. Governing law

10. Changes to these terms
